Monday Meme
Yoinked from an old post of Fairie Knits
*
1. Grab the nearest book. (in my case, I actually had to leave the room to get a book (gasp) or pluck a knitting book from the shelf.... it was on my stack of things to read)
2. Open the book to page 123
3. Find the fifth sentence
4. Post the text of the next 3 sentences on your blog along with these instructions.
5.
Don't you dare dig for that "cool" or "intellectual" book in your
closet! I know you were thinking about it! Just pick up whatever is
closest.
6. Tag whomever you want, or not.

She saw no trace of guilt or dishonesty in LaLonde's face yet.
"I got no idea what you're talking about."
"Get one."
"If I knew a woman who'd let me in her BMW, I'd marry her, not kill her"
(Okay so that was FOUR sentences, but the third was so short... and the fourth... amusing).

I'm not tagging, but it would be fun to read what you've found -- comment or blog it...
What are YOU reading? (yes, I do need to post a bunch more book "reviews"....

"Come on, Rueben - you know Macy's my ex-wife."
Ha. Think I'm posting that on my blog? Funny, the book is Plague Maker and is a thriller about bio terrorism and that sentence sounds like it's chick lit.
