It is the Ides of November.
And yesterday, it rained like the end of days.
But today, it was sunny and breezy and warm enough to go for nice long walk with a light jacket. Today, I am thankful for the chance to get outside in the lovely weather ... (which makes me thankful not only for the weather, but for the Tuesday Schedule that leaves a nice big hole in the middle of the day).
I'm also thankful that one of my dear friends is also my neighbor, so we get to walk together on days like this!
And finally, I'm thankful that they make yarn crazy enough to let me produce wacky stripes for BookWorm without fighting ends -- and that she's happy with the plain knitting it produces. I haz mindless knitting!
