Some people judge a hotel by it's lobby. (their photo)
Others by the rooms (their photo).
Others by the bar..(again their photo)
Or maybe the pool, or fitness center, or spa (if there is one).
Others by the welcome gifts that room service brings up.
If I were to judge by those gifts, I'd say that our hotel in New Orleans was classy.
(on the right? those are dried strawberries.... oh so yum).
But me, I think I'll judge by the lobby bathrooms.
In our hotel, the lobby bathroom had two "stalls" with lovely wooden louvered doors. Inside each stall was the expected toilet. It was sparkly clean. Also in each stall was its own sink and counter. With a tray of cloth hand towels, all neatly rolled up, and beneath the counter was a laundry basket for the towels.
In each stall, was also a vase of flowers... (this was from the other stall)
And ya know what? If we judge by flowers in the bathroom, even the New Orleans' airport is classy. Cause here's what's in the bathroom there..
And yes, there were flowers in the other corner too.
