I just spent an amazing weekend with Jennifer Allen - a member of the Zero Balancing faculty - and her cohort Diane Traber. I am so very blessed to have a local instructor in this wonderful work.
Mostly, this weekend re-affirmed my desire to become fully certified in this work. Part of it is just how effective the work is. But part of it is the philosophy behind the work.
ZB (as we in the know refer to Zero Balancing) is focused on health and self-actualization, not on illness or pathology. At every step, we seek to make what is better, but to do it with ease. I love that!
I also love that this work lets you access deep restrictions that have been lurking in the body for years -- and to do it without "digging". Even when it's uncomfortable, it's never excrutiating, and yet it's very effective. Better still, changes that are started on the table continue growing long beyond the session time.
I learned so much wonderful new stuff while solidifying and enhancing everything I'd learned before. I can't wait to share this new depth with my clients.
(of course, coming out of class, means I'm coming out of a weekend during which I received a lot of ZB -- and I feel fantastic)
