Last year, I made some public resolutions. Yep, I posted 'em right here on this blog.
Like this one that I posted in November, in which I promised myself that I would not take on all of the responsiblity for making everything happen for the holiday events. I made a pretty little chart, and pointed out various tasks and who does them.
Here's how I did.
